Theta Capital investments is a privately owned and operated Australian specialist fund manager.

Theta was born from an education platform. After teaching global trading strategies for nearly 10 years, it was the students and their exclusive membership fraternity that not only encouraged Theta to start its own fund but today still make up the majority of investors.

Today, investors from all walks of life are able to apply to become an investor.

The Theta team operates at the conservative end of the Absolute Return Fund space, striving to maintain consistent monthly returns on the coveted European market in all market conditions.

Theta returned a relatively modest 16.1% (net after all fees) for the year ending 30 June 2009, drawing on decades of trading knowledge and discipline to secure a positive result in one of the worst economic years on record.

Since the market crash in March 2008, Theta has provided investors with an audited return of over 19%.

There are two funds available to invest in, both of which require a minimum $10,000 investment with no minimum top up:

Capital protected fund

100% capital protection is provided by a portion of your investment secured by short term note facilities placed with APRA approved lending institutions. This investment is for a minimum of 3 years - redeeming your funds early incurs a break fee and a loss of any protection rights.

Capital growth fund

This fund affords no capital protection and is suited for investors looking for a higher return in exchange for a willingness to take on greater risk. No minimum or maximum term and your capital and new profits can be accessed throughout the term of the investment.
